Flexography is a process that Fox uses to print many of your pressure sensitive labels, non-pressure sensitive labels, non-pressure sensitive sheets and labels, as well as your tags. Flexographic printing is perfect for:  Medium to long runs  High quality graphics  Foil stamping  Specific PMS colors  Folded coupons  IRC’s (Instant Redeemable Coupons)  Bar codes In august 2004, our partner Pamco purchased a state of the art UV flexographic press with not one but two rotary screen units, in addition to foil stamping capabilities. This press allows our customers to print up to eight UV inks, two rotary screen inks, and foil stamp another color in a single pass through the press. UV inks and rotary screen inks achieve the specific ink densities and superior opacity needed for a “NO LABEL LOOK”. The “NO LABEL LOOK” has become a very popular trend in the beverage, and health and beauty aids sectors. In addition to allowing the consumer to see how much of the product is left, the “NO LABEL LOOK” allows the color of the product or package to be seen through the label and create the impression that the text and graphics were printed directly onto the package. In addition, Flexographic printing allows for images to be printed and viewed on both sides of clear materials with inks that are water resistant.
