A. Since everything we do is custom, there is no catalog. Let us know about your project and we will send you appropriate samples. Return to Top
Q. Do you accept verbal orders?
A. No. For your protection and ours, we require a written purchase order, a note, or just a simple signature and go ahead on one of our quotes, before we can enter a job for you. Return to Top
Q. What are your minimum quantities?
A. Usually it’s 1,000 pieces. Due to the cost of pre-press, make-readies, and the like, it's generally not cost effective to run less than 1,000 pieces. For some products, however, it is still efficient to make small runs and we are happy to accommodate these orders. Contact us. Return to Top
Q. What is your average processing time for orders?
A. Each order is unique. Our average times are between 5 to 7 days, usualy less for repeat orders. Please call us at (401) 773-7780 for specific information about your particular needs. Return to Top
Q. I don't have digital art for my project. Can I send you a sketch or a layout of what I want?
A. Yes. Prices are based on time involved. We will reset your copy and email or fax you a proof. When the proof is approved, we will produce your job. Return to Top

Q. Why do you send a proof on every new job, even when the artwork file is e-mailed?
A. Even when we receive digital art in the correct format, we fax an outputted proof to our customer. This assures our customer that no alterations were made to the file and that we received the most current version of the artwork. Return to Top

Q. What tag production capabilities do you have?
A. Tag capabilites include (but are not limited to):
- Foil stamping

Q. What is the difference between an attached looped, and an attached knotted string?
A. An attached looped string means the string is looped through the hole and has its two ends loose. These loose ends can then be tied onto something.
